How do you actually get paid?
On the Pro Plan there's no separate fee — our margin sits inside the factory price you approve, and you see that price before you agree. On the Basic Plan it's 5% of product value, $100 minimum, invoiced against your order. No subscription, no retainer you forget about.
What happens if the goods are wrong?
Tell us within the agreed window, with photos. We replace from the same factory or compensate you at the approved value. This is written into your order terms before production starts — it isn't a promise made after something goes wrong.
Do I own the supplier relationship?
Yes. We work in your name, and there's no wall between you and the factory. After the first order you're free to talk to them directly; many clients keep us on as their inspector and logistics desk because it's cheaper than staffing it themselves. Either way, your supplier stays yours.
Can I keep using my own suppliers?
That's exactly what the Basic Plan is for. Send your purchase orders; we receive at our warehouse, inspect to AQL 2.5, consolidate, and ship door to door.
How fast is a first quote?
Send your product list and target quantities. Most quotes come back within 48 hours; samples follow inside a week. If a category needs more time to do properly, we'll say so rather than guess.
Where are you based?
Shanghai — 10th floor, New Shanghai International Building, Lujiazui, Pudong. Warehouse access on site, with supplier visits across Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
